Manager - Finance and PMO

Location: Greater Noida

Years of Experience: 7-10 years

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in finance and project management within a PMO environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and delivering results on time and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple finance-related projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify Revenue Gap Analysis, Unbilled Revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales leaders and Delivery Managers to update the Best Estimations of the projects across different portfolios , resource allocation, and budget management.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Prepare and present Salesforce reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Implement best practices in project management and contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes.
• Mentor and guide delivery project managers and team members.

Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, specifically within finance and PMO environments.
• Proven experience in managing finance-related projects with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Preferred Skills:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with financial software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
