Andor Tech is seeking a PMO professional in Pune to lead governance across procurement transformation initiatives. The role requires coordinating RAID logs, action tracking, project reporting, and stakeholder engagement to ensure program success.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in PMO or program governance, strong knowledge of P2P and/or S2C processes, and advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills for executive updates. Experience in governance tools like SharePoint or BI is a plus.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5+ years of PMO / Program Governance experience
• Experience supporting Procurement Transformation programs
• Strong understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and/or S2C (Source-to-Contract) processes
• Experience managing governance activities such as RAID logs, action tracking, project reporting, and stakeholder coordination
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Preferred Experience

• Procurement transformation or change programs
• Consulting backgrounds such as EY, Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG, or PwC
• Exposure to SharePoint, Power BI, ADO, Ariba, or Fieldglass
• Pure Business Analysts with no PMO/governance ownership
• IT PMOs without procurement domain experience
• Technical Project Managers
• Procurement operations candidates without project/program management exposure
