• Establish governance standards for MSAs and SOWs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive operational initiatives.
• Research and implement innovative project delivery models and industry best practices.
• Partner with technology teams to develop PMO reporting and compliance tools.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced PMO Lead to drive project governance, Agile delivery excellence, compliance, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior leadership and technology teams to improve delivery predictability, streamline PMO processes, and implement innovative delivery models.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day PMO operations, governance, compliance, and regulatory activities.


• Design and optimize enterprise-wide project delivery frameworks, Agile methodologies, controls, and performance metrics.


• Strengthen delivery predictability through independent validation of customer commitments.


• Establish governance standards for Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOWs).


• Collaborate with senior leadership and C-level executives to drive operational initiatives.


• Research and implement innovative project delivery models and industry best practices.


• Partner with technology teams to develop internal applications for PMO reporting and compliance.


• Lead PMO digital transformation initiatives through process automation, AI, data analytics, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 610+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 4 years in Agile Project Management.


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a postgraduate qualification in Business Management from a reputed B-school, preferably in IT, Operations, or Project Management.


• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills.


• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
