The role focuses on product engineering services delivery support, stakeholder coordination, compliance tracking, reporting, billing support, and end-to-end PMO ownership to ensure seamless execution and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in PMO leadership and governance.
• Experience with MOU, NDA, MSA, SOW, and work order management.
• Experience in client onboarding and account transition management.
• Strong reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking.
• Governance, compliance and audit readiness (ISO/CMMI/SOC2).

Responsibilities

• Manage MOU, NDA, MSA, SOW and work order processes with contract teams.
• Lead client onboarding and operational setup for engagements.
• Oversee talent onboarding, transition, and offboarding across projects.
• Maintain PMO dashboards, metrics, and management reporting.
• Coordinate HR verification, onboarding compliance, and timesheet approvals.
• Support finance with billing, invoicing, and resource updates.
• Oversee ODC operations including security and audits.
• Track ISO, CMMI and SOC 2 compliance initiatives.

JOB SUMMARY

Wissen Technology is hiring an experienced Lead - PMO professional to drive PMO governance, client onboarding, contract administration, talent transition, and operational excellence across projects and accounts. The role focuses on product engineering services delivery support, stakeholder coordination, compliance tracking, reporting, billing support, and end-to-end PMO ownership to ensure seamless execution and business outcomes.

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

• PMO Governance and Project Management Office operations (13+ years)
• Contract Management including MOU, NDA, MSA, SOW, Task Order and Work Order administration
• Client Onboarding and Account Transition Management in IT services environments
• Stakeholder Management across clients, business teams, HR, finance and delivery teams
• Dashboard Reporting, MIS preparation, resource tracking and PMO metrics management
• Talent Onboarding, Offboarding and Workforce Transition coordination
• Compliance Management supporting ISO, CMMI, SOC 2 and audit requirements
• Billing, Invoicing and Timesheet Governance with financial coordination

Optional Skills (Good to Have)

• ODC operations, security management and audit compliance
• Resource management tools and PMO automation platforms

Professional Attributes & Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline preferred

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with client-facing experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage MOU, NDA, MSA, SOW and work order processes in collaboration with contract management teams
• Lead new client onboarding and initiate operational processes for existing client engagements
• Own talent onboarding, transition and offboarding activities across projects and accounts
• Maintain PMO dashboards, project metrics and management reports with accurate data tracking
• Coordinate with HR stakeholders for background verification, onboarding compliance and timesheet approvals
• Support finance teams with accurate billing, invoicing and resource allocation updates
• Manage ODC operations including security compliance, audits and coordination with IT and administration teams
• Track organizational compliance initiatives including ISO, CMMI and SOC 2 requirements
