Responsibilities

• Track and ensure timesheet compliance for India and US delivery teams.
• Follow up with stakeholders on missing or incorrect timesheet entries.
• Prepare and consolidate weekly PMO reports.
• Support project managers with data tracking, documentation, and coordination.
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and MIS using MS Excel.
• Assist in basic PMO activities such as meeting notes and report circulation.
• Support other PMO-related operational tasks as required.

• Follow up with stakeholders on missing or incorrect timesheet entries
• Prepare and consolidate weekly PMO reports (status, utilization, compliance, etc.)
• Support project managers with data tracking, documentation, and coordination
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and MIS using MS Excel
• Assist in basic PMO activities such as meeting notes, action tracking, and report circulation
• Support other PMO-related operational tasks as required
