Job summary

Genpact Ltd. seeks an experienced PMO/Delivery Lead in Bengaluru to evaluate projects from a technical PMO perspective and ensure proper documentation of BRD/RTM. You will analyze test cases for sufficiency and drive impact analysis across programs.

You will coordinate resources, track metrics, and conduct post‑mortems to identify improvements. The role demands delivery leadership, scale‑able processes, and strong stakeholder engagement in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in business/commerce/analytics with relevant PMO exposure.
• PMI PMI certification is desirable.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and governance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate projects from technical perspective as part of PMO to ensure various laid down checks have been performed.
• Ensure BRD and RTM is properly documented

• Evaluate projects from technical perspective as part of PMO to ensure various laid down checks have been performed.
• Ensure BRD and RTM is properly documented
• Analyze Unit test cases for sufficiency and completeness
• Analyze UAT test cases for sufficiency and completeness
• Analyze QA test cases for sufficiency and completeness
• Drive accurate impact analysis for projects
• Ensure requirements are captured properly in RA
• Ensure bugs are resolved before moving to Prod
• Ensure application meets performance parameters before going live.
• Ensure tool is architected well
• Conduct project review meetings with PMs
• Ensure learnings from project are document well before closure.
• Drive project governance
• Provide weekly/ daily/monthly updates to key stakeholders.
• Ensure data in systems around various project parameters are maintained in systems.
• Establish and maintain project management processes and methodologies;
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets;
• Monitor project progress and address issues as they arise;
• Coordinate project resources and stakeholders;
• Track key project metrics and produce status reports;
• Support project managers in resolving conflicts and overcoming obstacles;
• Conduct project post-mortems and identify areas for improvement.
