Job summary

Genpact operates at the forefront of AI and digital innovation, seeking a PMO practitioner to drive governance and value across projects. The role emphasizes documentation, impact analysis, and stakeholder updates within a fast-moving environment.

You will help ensure requirements are captured accurately, tests are complete, and projects deliver on performance benchmarks before production rollout. Hybrid work in India is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master level education with business/commercial focus.
• PMI PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in delivering PMO governance and project plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate projects from a technical perspective as part of PMO to ensure checks are performed.
• Ensure BRD and RTM are properly documented and maintained.
• Analyze unit, UAT, and QA test cases for sufficiency and completeness.
• Drive accurate impact analysis for projects and maintain project metrics.
• Coordinate project resources and stakeholder communications.
• Lead project governance and post-mortem learnings for continuous improvement.
• Provide regular updates to key stakeholders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure data integrity in systems around project parameters.

Job Description

• Evaluate projects from technical perspective as part of PMO to ensure various laid down checks have been performed.
• Ensure BRD and RTM is properly documented
• Analyze Unit test cases for sufficiency and completeness
• Analyze UAT test cases for sufficiency and completeness
• Analyze QA test cases for sufficiency and completeness
• Drive accurate impact analysis for projects
• Ensure requirements are captured properly in RA
• Ensure bugs are resolved before moving to Prod
• Ensure application meets performance parameters before going live.
• Ensure tool is architected well
• Conduct project review meetings with PMs
• Ensure learnings from project are document well before closure.
• Drive project governance
• Provide weekly/ daily/monthly updates to key stakeholders.
• Ensure data in systems around various project parameters are maintained in systems.
• Establish and maintain project management processes and methodologies;
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets;
• Monitor project progress and address issues as they arise;
• Coordinate project resources and stakeholders;
• Track key project metrics and produce status reports;
• Support project managers in resolving conflicts and overcoming obstacles;
• Conduct project post-mortems and identify areas for improvement.
