Genpact Ltd. in Mumbai is seeking a PMO professional to join our governance-focused team.

You will evaluate projects from a technical perspective, ensure BRD and RTM documentation, and review unit, UAT, and QA test cases to confirm sufficiency and completeness. The role emphasizes driving accurate impact analysis, capturing requirements, resolving defects before production, and maintaining performance parameters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degrees in business-related fields.
• MBA or MBA Analytics preferred.
• Experience in PMO governance and project controls.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate projects from technical perspective as part of PMO to ensure checks are performed.
• Ensure BRD and RTM is properly documented
• Analyze unit, UAT, and QA test cases for sufficiency and completeness
• Drive accurate impact analysis for projects and ensure requirements are captured
• Ensure bugs are resolved before moving to Prod and that performance parameters are met
• Conduct project review meetings with PMs and drive governance
• Provide weekly/daily/monthly updates to stakeholders
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and monitor progress
• Coordinate resources and track key metrics for status reports
• Capture learnings and post-mortems for continual improvement

Job Description

• Evaluate projects from technical perspective as part of PMO to ensure various laid down checks have been performed.
• Ensure BRD and RTM is properly documented
• Analyze Unit test cases for sufficiency and completeness
• Analyze UAT test cases for sufficiency and completeness
• Analyze QA test cases for sufficiency and completeness
• Drive accurate impact analysis for projects
• Ensure requirements are captured properly in RA
• Ensure bugs are resolved before moving to Prod
• Ensure application meets performance parameters before going live.
• Ensure tool is architected well
• Conduct project review meetings with PMs
• Ensure learnings from project are document well before closure.
• Drive project governance
• Provide weekly/ daily/monthly updates to key stakeholders.
• Ensure data in systems around various project parameters are maintained in systems.
• Establish and maintain project management processes and methodologies;
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets;
• Monitor project progress and address issues as they arise;
• Coordinate project resources and stakeholders;
• Track key project metrics and produce status reports;
• Support project managers in resolving conflicts and overcoming obstacles;
• Conduct project post-mortems and identify areas for improvement.
