Protiviti India in Coimbatore seeks an MBA-qualified professional to manage PMO trackers for Markets 2 engagements and to support monthly and quarterly leadership reports. You will help ensure accurate data, timely dashboards, and clear insights for senior stakeholders.

You will analyze project financials, coordinate with CRM, Finance and L&D, and support ad hoc analyses while maintaining data integrity across PMO reports. This role is based on-site in Coimbatore.

Formación

• MBA in Finance, Operations, Business Analytics, or equivalent.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
• Experience with PMO reporting and dashboards is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain project and portfolio trackers for Markets 2 engagements.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports and dashboards.
• Monitor project financials: revenue, backlog, WIP, utilization, and receivables.
• Track action items, milestones, governance requirements, and pending items.
• Support resource planning, deployment tracking, and utilization analysis.
• Prepare leadership presentations and reports; coordinate with PMs for status updates.
• Coordinate with CRM, Finance, and Learning and Development to streamline operations.
• Maintain data quality across PMO reports and trackers.
• Schedule and attend practice review meetings to understand operations.
• Provide ad hoc business analysis and reporting support.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain project and portfolio trackers for Markets 2 engagements.
• Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports and dashboards.
• Monitor project financials, including revenue, backlog, work in progress (WIP), utilization, and receivables.
• Track action items, project milestones, and governance requirements, and follow up on pending items.
• Support resource planning, deployment tracking, and utilization analysis.
• Prepare presentations and reports for leadership reviews. Coordinate with project managers to obtain status updates and close pending actions. Coordinate with functions such as CRM, Finance, and Learning and Development (L&D) to streamline operations and support business teams.
• Maintain data quality and accuracy across PMO reports and trackers.
• Schedule and attend practice review meetings to understand business operations and identify opportunities for further analysis.
• Support ad hoc business analysis and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• MBA in Finance, Operations, Business Analytics, or an equivalent discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Power BI is desirable.
• Ability to create clear data visualizations using AI-enabled tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
