Job summary

MMK Enterprises seeks an experienced PMC Engineer for assignments in Madurai, Tirunelveli and Coimbatore locations. You will manage material stores, inventory, coordinate with site teams, and support project execution under quality and safety standards.

The role is a 3-month contractual position (extendable) with night shifts (12 hours). Benefits include night shift allowance and a retention bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PMC/contracting experience.
• Experience in finishing, interior, retail fit outs.
• Willingness to work night shift and long hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain material stores and inventory as per drawings and standards.
• Coordinate with PMC, contractors, vendors, and site engineers.
• Ensure GRNs, issue slips, stock registers and reports are accurate.

We are looking for an experienced PMC Engineer with strong exposure to store operations and maintenance activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing material stores, ensuring proper maintenance of inventory, coordinating with site teams, and supporting project execution as per quality and safety standards.

Maintenance & Asset Management

• Handle stores maintenance, including upkeep of storage areas, sheds, and equipment
• Ensure materials are protected from damage, theft, and weather conditions
• Coordinate repair and maintenance of store-related tools and infrastructure

Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with PMC, contractors, vendors, and site engineers
• Verify material quality as per specifications and approved drawings
• Maintain all stores-related documents such as GRNs, issue slips, stock registers, and reports
