Job summary

Della Resorts and Adventure is seeking a Plumbing Engineer in Pune, India to design and supervise plumbing systems for diverse projects. You will coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and site staff to ensure compliance with codes and project requirements.

The role requires 4–8 years of plumbing/MEP experience, a Mechanical Engineering diploma/degree, and proficiency in reading technical drawings. You will estimate materials, lead site inspections, and support commissioning and maintenance

Qualifications

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in plumbing or MEP project execution/design.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, building services, and relevant codes.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use design/software tools if required.

Responsibilities

• Design plumbing systems for water supply, drainage, sewage, storm water, and related services.
• Prepare drawings, layouts, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Review blueprints and coordinate plumbing work with architects, MEP, electrical, and civil teams.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Estimate material requirements, project costs, and timelines.
• Inspect ongoing work, test systems, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare reports and update project status to management
