PwC in Pune, India, seeks an experienced CRM Solution Architect to design end-to-end Veeva CRM solutions aligned with client objectives and to develop technical blueprints for complex implementations. You will lead architectural reviews, ensure scalability, security, and performance, and evaluate new Veeva technologies for adoption.

You will also shape commercial operating models, map processes to Veeva capabilities, define user journeys and automation strategies, and lead release governance,

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end Veeva CRM solutions aligned with client objectives
• Develop technical specifications and system blueprints for complex CRM implementations
• Lead architectural reviews ensuring scalability, security, and performance
• Evaluate emerging Veeva technologies and recommend adoption strategies
• Collaborate with clients to design and optimize commercial operating models
• Map business processes to Veeva CRM capabilities and identify improvement opportunities
• Define user journeys, workflows, and automation strategies
• Align commercial strategy with technology implementation
• Establish release management frameworks and governance processes
• Lead change control boards and manage release planning activities
• Implement best practices for configuration management and deployment procedures
• Oversee testing strategies including UAT coordination
• Design territory management strategies within Veeva CRM
• Optimize sales force alignment and territory assignments
• Configure territory hierarchies and performance tracking mechanisms
• Support territory planning cycles and realignment initiatives
• Design integration strategies connecting Veeva CRM with Vault, Network, and other applications
• Architect data flows and synchronization across the Veeva ecosystem
• Manage API integrations and data mapping requirements
• Ensure data integrity across integrated systems
• Lead requirements gathering sessions with diverse stakeholders
• Facilitate workshops to define business rules and system configurations
• Resolve conflicting requirements and provide expert recommendations
• Document functional specifications and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client CRM initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision makers
• Manage client expectations and communicate project status, risks, and recommendations
• Lead client presentations and solution demonstrations

Key Responsibilities

1. CRM Solution Architecture

• Design and architect end-to-end Veeva CRM solutions aligned with client business objectives
• Develop technical specifications and system blueprints for complex CRM implementations
• Lead architectural reviews and ensure solutions meet scalability, security, and performance requirements
• Evaluate emerging Veeva technologies and recommend adoption strategies

2. Commercial Operating Model Design

• Collaborate with clients to design and optimize commercial operating models
• Map business processes to Veeva CRM capabilities and identify improvement opportunities
• Define user journeys, workflows, and process automation strategies
• Ensure alignment between commercial strategy and technology implementation

3. Release and Change Governance

• Establish and maintain release management frameworks and governance processes
• Lead change control boards and manage release planning activities
• Implement best practices for configuration management and deployment procedures
• Oversee testing strategies, including UAT coordination and validation processes

4. Alignment and Territory Design Strategy

• Design and implement territory management strategies within Veeva CRM
• Optimize sales force alignment and territory assignments based on business rules
• Configure territory hierarchies, assignment rules, and performance tracking mechanisms
• Support territory planning cycles and realignment initiatives

5. Integration Architecture Across the Veeva Suite

• Design integration strategies connecting Veeva CRM with other Veeva applications (Vault, Network, etc.)
• Architect data flows and synchronization processes across the Veeva ecosystem
• Manage API integrations and data mapping requirements
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems

6. Requirements Facilitation and Business Rule Arbitration

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with diverse stakeholder groups
