Job summary

Neilsoft is seeking a PLM Developer to design, develop, and customize Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions at our Pune SEZ – Hinjawadi location. You will participate in end-to-end Teamcenter implementations, performing requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

The role requires 3–6 years of hands-on Teamcenter PLM experience and strong skills in ITK, BMIDE, SOA, RAC, and data-model customization.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of hands-on Siemens Teamcenter PLM development.
• Proven experience in at least one end-to-end Teamcenter implementation project.
• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter architecture and customization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and implement Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions based on business requirements.
• Participate in end-to-end Teamcenter implementation, including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Develop Teamcenter customizations using ITK, SOA, BMIDE, and RAC (Rich Application Client).
• Configure and customize Teamcenter data models, business objects, item types, properties, and business rules using BMIDE.
• Develop and customize workflows, handlers, access control rules, and lifecycle management processes.
• Work on Teamcenter server-side and client-side customization as required.
• Develop integrations between Teamcenter and other enterprise systems such as CAD applications, ERP, and other PLM systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Prepare technical specifications, development documentation, unit test cases, and deployment plans.
• Support migration, upgrades, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities

• Strong knowledge of Teamcenter architecture and customization.
• Hands-on experience with ITK, BMIDE, SOA, and RAC customization.
• Experience configuring workflows, workflow handlers, access controls, business rules, and data models.
• Knowledge of Teamcenter installation, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Teamcenter integrations and data migration.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and/or Java, depending on the customization framework used.
