Job summary

Infosys is seeking a skilled PLM Support Engineer to join our Bengaluru team. The role involves supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing PLM applications and related business processes.

You will handle L1–L3 support, incident management, and system administration, while coordinating with global stakeholders. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with PLM platforms, ITSM tools, and integrations with ERP/CAD/MES.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with PLM platforms and production support.
• Experience in incident management and root-cause analysis.
• Willingness to work in shifts/on-call when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2/L3 support for PLM applications and related systems.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues within SLA timelines.
• Monitor PLM system performance and ensure platform availability.
• Support user onboarding, access management, and security administration.
• Coordinate with business users, developers, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
• Perform RCA and implement preventive measures.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests using ITSM tools.
• Support PLM upgrades, patches, migrations, and release activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Work with global stakeholders and participate in on-call support when required.
• Support integrations between PLM and ERP, CAD, MES, or other enterprise apps.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
