Job summary

Tekskills is seeking an experienced CONTACT PLM Functional Consultant to support and implement CONTACT PLM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of PLM processes with a focus on modules, ensuring smooth communication and data flow among stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

The role includes leading requirements sessions with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, configuring PLM modules, documenting specs, and delivering training and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 4–9 years of experience as a PLM functional consultant or similar.
• Hands-on experience configuring CONTACT PLM modules.
• Proven ability to gather user requirements and produce functional docs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in system testing, UAT, training and support.
• Familiarity with PLM-ERP/CRM integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.

• Document workflows, functional specs, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with IT for system integration and data migration.

We are seeking an experienced CONTACT PLM Functional Consultant with 4-9 years of expertise to support and implement CONTACT PLM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of PLM processes with a focus on different modules, ensuring smooth communication and data flow between stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.


• Configure and customize CONTACT PLM modules to align with business processes.


• Work closely with business users to gather requirements, define workflows, and document functional specifications.


• Collaborate with technical teams for system integration, data migration, and troubleshooting.


• Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of CONTACT PLM functionalities.


• Deliver training and support to end-users on CONTACT PLM features and best practices.


• Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement recommendations for CONTACT PLM deployment.


• Assist in the rollout of CONTACT PLM modules and ensure user adoption.


• Manage project timelines, communicate progress, and elevate issues as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of PLM processes, including product data management, BOM Management, change management, and collaboration workflows.


• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.


• Experience configuring CONTACT PLM modules.


• Proven ability to gather and analyze user requirements and create detailed functional documentation.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Experience in system testing, UAT, training, and support.


• Familiarity with integration between PLM and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM).
