Job summary

Tekskills is recruiting for an L1/L2 PLM Support specialist to troubleshoot and resolve issues within the CONTACT PLM platform. You will collaborate with development and infrastructure teams, monitor system health, and drive preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

You will assist in configuring, customizing, and integrating PLM modules, document resolutions, and train end-users. Strong communication, analytical, and team-work skills are essential for success in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of PLM concepts, workflows, and business processes.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting application and database issues related to PLM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with technical teams and end-users.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple support requests effectively.
• Document ticket progress and SLA compliance in the tracking system.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience troubleshooting Oracle/SQL Server and client issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
