Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of PLM processes including PDM, BOM management, change management, and collaboration workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience configuring CONTACT PLM modules.
• Proven ability to gather and analyze user requirements and create detailed functional documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in system testing, UAT, training, and support.
• Familiarity with integration between PLM and other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM).
