Job summary

Mainbrainer It Solutions in Bangalore (WFO) seeks an experienced Senior SAP PLM Functional/Solution Consultant to lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP PLM solutions. You will translate business requirements into functional designs and support end-to-end lifecycle processes in automotive/manufacturing environments.

Ideal candidate has hands-on SAP PLM with S/4HANA, DMS, ECM, BOM management and PLM integrations, plus ability to mentor juniors and drive knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on SAP PLM consulting/implementation experience.
• Strong business process understanding with DMS, ECM, BOM, S/4HANA and PLM integrations.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional designs and lead deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PLM design, configuration, testing and deployment.
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions.
• Support end-to-end product development and lifecycle processes.
• Drive Engineering Change, BOM and Document Management processes.
• Work on PLMSI and external PLM integration with S/4HANA.
• Integrate SAP PLM with MM, PP, SD and QM.
• Conduct business workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Support data migration, enhancements and production issues.
• Prepare functional documentation and training materials.
• Mentor junior team members and drive knowledge sharing.
