Job summary

Ascendum Solutions India is seeking an experienced SAP PLM consultant to lead design, configuration, testing and deployment activities in automotive manufacturing environments.

You will analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, support end-to-end lifecycle processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of SAP PLM consulting or implementation experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PLM processes and configuration.
• Experience in automotive industry or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of BOM, document management, change management, and material master integration.
• Experience with SAP integration across functional modules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PLM design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.

• Prepare documentation, training materials, and user support guides.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
