Job summary

Idexcel is seeking a 3DX Operation Support Engineer in Pune to support Change Actions, CRs, and COs within the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and quality teams, ensure data integrity, and coach users on 3DX Change Management while monitoring workflows and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech degree required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in PLM and 3DX.
• Experience with 3DEXPERIENCE Change Actions, CRs and COs.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, manufacturing and quality teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, review and approve CAs, CRs, COs in 3DEXPERIENCE.
• Ensure linkage between impacted items, revisions, and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and quality teams.
• Monitor change workflows and lifecycle stages.
• Maintain data integrity and compliance with standards.
• Provide training and support on 3DX Change Management processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with change workflows and permissions.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track change KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the creation, review, and approval of Change Actions (CAs), Change Requests (CRs), and Change Orders (COs) in 3DEXPERIENCE.
• Ensure proper linkage between impacted items, revisions, and associated documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to gather and validate change-related data.
• Monitor change workflows and ensure timely progression through lifecycle stages.
• Maintain data integrity and compliance with internal and industry standards.
• Provide training and support to users on 3DX Change Management processes and tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to change workflows, object relationships, and permissions.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track change metrics and KPIs.
• Experience with 3DX apps like Change Management, Engineering Central, Product Structure Editor.

Knowledge of configuration and customization of 3DX workflows
