ACL Digital seeks an experienced PLM Functional Lead to drive requirements, standardize processes, and manage deployment of 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Cloud. You will bridge BUs and IT, ensuring adoption of ENOVIA modules, multi-CAD integrations, and robust change management.

You will lead workshops, oversee configuration, testing, and training for Change Management, BOM Management, Document Management, and Library Central, while ensuring governance and KPI tracking across releases.

Competenze

• 8+ years of core PLM experience with at least 3+ years in ENOVIA SaaS/Cloud releases (2024x–2026x).
• Domain exposure in Automotive, Industrial Equipment, High-Tech, or Aerospace.
• Deep understanding of Change Orders/Actions, EBOM/MBOM, and document lifecycles.
• Experience with UAT, business analysis, requirement traceability, and organizational change management.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to align business goals with software capabilities.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced PLM Functional Lead to drive requirement elicitation, process standardization, transition, and deployment for 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA Cloud (SaaS). In this functional role, you will act as the key bridge between Business Units (BUs) and the IT development team, ensuring smooth adoption of core ENOVIA modules, multi-CAD integrations, and robust change management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Elicitation & Business Alignment:

Lead workshops with cross-functional BUs to gather, analyze, and translate engineering needs into standard 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA functional workflows.

• ENOVIA SaaS Module Implementation:

Drive functional configuration, testing (UAT), demonstration, and training for key modules: Change Management, BOM Management, Document Management, and Library Central.

• CAD Integration & Data Governance:

Oversee functional workflows for Multi-CAD integrations (CATIA V5/3DEXPERIENCE, SOLIDWORKS, Creo, NX) and ensure data post-processing accuracy.

• Process Standardization & Dash boarding:

Lead initiatives to standardize engineering release processes and deploy PLM dashboards/KPIs to track release efficiency and bottlenecks.

• Migration & Transition Management:

Support PLM transition and data migration programs from legacy platforms to 3DEXPERIENCE Cloud (2024x2026x releases).

• Change Management & Enablement:

Publish and update global standards/policies on platforms like central Wikis. Develop e-Learning modules and deliver role-based user training to ensure smooth platform adoption.

• Project Governance & Risk Management:

Identify project risks, coordinate task management, and provide systematic status reporting to BU and divisional leadership.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 8+ years of core PLM experience, with at least 3+ years focused on 3DEXPERIENCE ENOVIA (SaaS / Cloud) releases (2024x, 2025x, or 2026x).
• Domain Expertise: Hands-on functional exposure in discrete manufacturing domains such as Automotive, Industrial Equipment, High-Tech, or Aerospace.
• Functional Proficiency: Deep understanding of Change Orders/Actions, EBOM/MBOM management, effectivity, document lifecycles, and Power'By CAD integrations.
• Project Skills: Strong background in business analysis, requirement traceability, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and organizational change management (OCM).
• Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, presentation skills, and the ability to align business goals with OOTB software capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Dassault Systmes 3DEXPERIENCE Functional / Solution Architecture Certifications.
• Experience with digital tools for data benchmarking and post-processing validation.
