Job summary

SteepGraph Corporation in Pune, India seeks a senior Presales Leader/Consulting Sales head to drive end-to-end presales across PLM transformations, including ROI modeling and business cases. You will partner with sales to shape GTM, build executive relationships, and influence major deals worldwide.

The role emphasizes leadership of cross-functional teams, experience with 3DX cloud, and delivering differentiated PLM solutions against ERP/CRM/MES/DMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 12–18 years in PLM with at least 5+ years in presales leadership.
• Proven track record of winning large PLM deals through presales leadership.
• Strong PLM positioning vs ERP/CRM/MES/DMS.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Exposure to global enterprise clients in Automotive, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, or Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

Presales Leadership & Business Development

• Own the end-to-end presales cycle – opportunity qualification, solution positioning, RFP/RFI response, demos, and proposal defense.


• Partner with sales teams to define GTM strategies and achieve business growth targets.

Business & Functional Consulting

• Lead requirement analysis, impact assessment, feasibility studies, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.


• Provide consulting-led sales support in areas like Digital Twin, Digital Thread, and PLM transformation roadmaps.


• Position PLM effectively against ERP, CRM, MES, BPM, and DMS systems.


• Advise customers on best practices and implementation strategies for PLM adoption.

Solution Expertise & Thought Leadership

• Lead cross-functional teams to design tailored 3DX solutions.


• Act as a trusted advisor for clients by aligning PLM capabilities with business goals.


• Represent the organization at industry forums, customer events, and partner workshops.


• Mentor and coach presales consultants/functional consultants within the team.

Expected Skills
