Job summary

Sone India recruits a PLC automation engineer to design, develop, and commission industrial automation systems. The role focuses on programming PLCs, configuring HMIs/SCADA, and integrating drives and sensors on customer sites.

The candidate will modify PLC programs, document control logic, and support installation and commissioning across projects with emphasis on quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain PLC programs, control logic, technical documentation, and system configuration records.
• Analyze machine/process requirements and provide suitable automation solutions.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and project teams for successful system integration.
• Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and after-sales activities.
• Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, communication, and control-system issues and implement corrective actions.
