Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in PLC programming and automation.
• Hands-on experience with motion control programming.
• Experience in configuring and commissioning servo drives.
• Robotic programming in PLC for drive groups and multi-axes.
• Design and commissioning for machine automation and turnkey projects (FAT/SAT).
• Hands-on with Fieldbus technologies (Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, EtherCAT, etc.).
• Configuring PLC Backplane IOs and Remote IOs on Fieldbus.

Responsibilities

Job Title: PLC Programmer

Location: Pune

Role and Responsibilities

• Design and execute tests on complete automation system.
• Test motion, robotics related Function blocks in PLC code, before release to market.
• Analyze requirements, design PLC programs, write and execute system tests.
• Follow required test processes as defined by Lead/Manager.

Required Experience

• PLC Programming in Ladder/Structured Text/Function blocks.
• Configuring and commissioning Servo Drives, VFDs & Inverters.
• Experienced in Motion Control Programming in PLC for servo drives.
• Experience in Robotic (Drive Groups, Multi-Axes) programming in PLC.
• Design and Commissioning experience for Machine automation and turnkey projects, including but not limited to Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) / Site Acceptance Test (SAT).
• Hands On with one or more Fieldbus technologies (like Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, EtherCAT, Ethernet PowerLINK, CAN, PROFIBUS, ControlNET, DeviceNET).
• Configuring of PLC Backplane IOs and Remote IOs on Fieldbus.
