Job summary

Allans Placement Services is seeking an experienced professional to lead the Plating Shop and ensure production targets are met. The role requires coordination with PPC, QA, Plant Engineering and Manufacturing departments to align scheduling with customer priorities.

The ideal candidate holds a BE in Mechanical or Chemical engineering with 12–18 years of plating shop experience and strong command of Lean Manufacturing, APQP, IATF 16949:2016 and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• Be mechanical or chemical engineer with 12–18 years of plating shop experience.
• Experience coordinating PPC, QA, Plant Engg and Manufacturing Dept.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Plating Shop to meet the production target.
