Job summary

Bit Harmony is seeking a production supervisor to oversee the plating line for plastic auto accessories. The role requires hands-on guidance, maintaining workflow, and ensuring adherence to SOPs and quality standards.

You will lead operators, perform process checks, and document production reports while coordinating with other departments. Candidates with BE/ Diploma in mechanical or chemical or ITI with plating experience and leadership skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• BE or Diploma in mechanical or chemical; ITI with plating experience on plastic auto accessories.
• Familiarity with electro plating processes, basic maintenance, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
