Job summary

Persistent Systems in Pune seeks a Power Platform (MSPA) Lead to design, develop, and lead enterprise-grade automation using Power Automate, Power Apps, and AI capabilities. You will govern architecture, drive end-to-end delivery, mentor a team of developers, and collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.

Role requires 5–8 years of hands-on Power Platform experience, strong governance, ALM, and integration with Azure services, SharePoint, and Dataverse.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Power Platform development, automation, and solution delivery.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) and Power Apps development.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions.
• Knowledge of Governance, Security, Compliance and CoE practices.

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform (MSPA) Lead with experience to design, develop, and lead enterprise-grade automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in workflow automation, governance, and architecture, along with the ability to lead teams, interact with stakeholders, and drive end-to-end delivery of automation programs

What You'll Do:

• Lead design and development of automation solutions using Power Automate (Cloud Desktop) and Power Apps Architect scalable and secure Power Platform solutions (MSPA) aligned with enterprise standards
• Drive end-to-end delivery including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Implement best practices, governance, and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform Integrate Power Platform with Azure services, APIs, SharePoint, Dataverse, and third-party systems
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and define solution approach Lead and mentor a team of developers.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to standards Design reusable components, templates, and frameworks for faster delivery
• Troubleshoot production issues and support L2/L3 level incident resolution Enable AI-driven automation scenarios using AI Builder / Azure AI where applicable Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and governance policies.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5-8 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development, automation, and solution delivery.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) and Power Apps development.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform Governance, Security, Compliance, and Center of Excellence (CoE) practices.
• Experience implementing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), deployment strategies, and environment management.
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, REST APIs, custom connectors, and third-party system integrations.
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure Services, Microsoft 365, and enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of AI Builder, Azure AI Services, and AI-driven automation workflows.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation, business process optimization, and low-code application development.
• Experience leading development teams and delivering end-to-end automation programs.
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Expertise in designing reusable components, frameworks, and automation accelerators.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues and providing L2/L3 support.
• Strong understanding of security, data privacy, identity management, and governance policies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly preferred.
