• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and related tools.
• Leverage AI Agents to create impactful, future-ready solutions.
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and drive efficiency.
• Conduct process mining and optimization to enhance automation outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices for RPA implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business-aligned solutions.
• Perform testing, QA, and ensure smooth deployment of automated processes.
• Train and support end-users in adopting automation tools.
• Manage small to mid-sized projects, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Onboard users to developed applications and promote best practices.
