Job summary

Kadel Labs is seeking a Senior Power Platform Automation Developer to design, develop, and optimize intelligent automation solutions in coordination with the US team. The role focuses on Microsoft Power Platform, AI integrations, and dashboard creation to enhance business efficiency.

The ideal candidate will work as an IC, contributing directly to automation projects, with hands-on experience in Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Power BI. Location includes Udaipur/Jaipur/Bhopal, India.

Qualifications

• Mandatory expertise in Microsoft Power Automate.
• Experience building AI solutions with Copilot Studio.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power BI dashboards.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and data pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform, AI integrations, workflow automation, and dashboard development to drive business efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate .
• Build AI-powered copilots and conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio .
• Develop and enhance applications using Power Apps (preferred).
• Integrate Microsoft Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 , SharePoint , and third-party systems.
• Create interactive Power BI dashboards and automate data pipelines for reporting and analytics.
• Integrate with external systems using REST APIs , JSON , and workflow automation best practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional and US-based teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality automation solutions.

Requirements
