Overview

Job Title: Power Platform Developer

Location: Pune

Experience: 4 to 6 years

Responsibilities

• Design and Develop Solutions: design, develop, test, secure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Implement components of a solution that include Power Apps, Power Automate, Co-pilot Studio, Power Pages, and Canvas applications.
• Problem-Solving: identify and solve technical challenges related to the Power Platform.
• Continuous Learning: stay up to date with industry trends and evolving technologies.
• Collaboration: work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and other team members to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Technical Lead: guide the team technically, participate in troubleshooting and development as needed, and mentor junior team members.
• Technical Project Management and Delivery: take end-to-end responsibility for leading the team and delivering projects on time as agreed with the business.

Qualifications

• Applied knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform services, including Dataverse; understanding capabilities, boundaries, and constraints.
• Authentication and Security: basic understanding of authentication, security, and application lifecycle management (ALM) practices for the Power Platform.
• Design, Solution, Infrastructure setup, and DevOps for large Power Platform projects.
• Certification: Power Platform, Microsoft Dynamics, and Azure certifications are preferred.
• Good knowledge of Power BI.
• BFSI experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
