Job summary

Persistent Systems seeks an MSPA Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Intelligent Automation, and Enterprise Architecture. You will design, govern, and deliver end-to-end automation solutions at scale, aligning with enterprise standards and business objectives.

You’ll lead architectural governance, guide multi-team delivery, and drive modernization programs while mentoring automation teams.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in Enterprise Application Architecture and Intelligent Automation.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Proven ability to architect and deliver enterprise-scale automation solutions.
• Experience with ALM/DevOps, solution deployment, and governance.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and translate requirements into technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable automation architectures across multiple processes.
• Define solution blueprints and guide development through lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Establish architecture standards, reusable assets, and governance across programs.

We are seeking an experienced MSPA Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Intelligent Automation, and Enterprise Architecture. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, governing, and delivering end-to-end automation solutions using Power Platform technologies and related RPA tools. This role plays a strategic leadership position in large-scale digital transformation and migration programs, ensuring automation solutions are scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives

What You’ll Do:

• The primary responsibility of an MSPA Architect is to design and implement scalable automation architectures across multiple processes and business domains.
• This includes assessing automation feasibility, defining solution blueprints, and guiding the development teams through the entire lifecyclefrom requirement analysis to deployment and stabilization.
• The role requires defining architecture standards, frameworks, and reusable assets to ensure consistency and efficiency across automation programs.
• The architect also drives solution ownership for prioritized use cases, ensuring that designs meet performance, scalability, and maintainability criteria while adhering to security and compliance requirements.
• An MSPA Architect partners with business process owners and SMEs to develop a deep understanding of end-to-end workflows, enabling the identification of automation opportunities and optimization strategies.
• The role also involves supporting release planning, governance, and delivery oversight for automation initiatives spanning multiple pods or teams.
• Additionally, the architect is responsible for reviewing solution designs, code quality, and deployment pipelines, ensuring alignment with defined architecture principles and organizational standards.
• Continuous improvement initiatives, including the introduction of new capabilities, tools, and accelerators, are also a key responsibility

Expertise You’ll Bring:

• 12-15 years of experience in Enterprise Application Architecture, Digital Transformation, and Intelligent Automation.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale automation and workflow solutions.
• Strong understanding of RPA technologies, process automation frameworks, and intelligent automation platforms.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and highly available automation solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
• Expertise in Power Platform governance, Center of Excellence (CoE), environment management, and security frameworks.
• Strong experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), DevOps practices, and solution deployment strategies.
• Hands-on experience integrating Power Platform solutions with ERP, CRM, HRMS, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Azure Services, and third-party applications.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Services, AI Builder, Generative AI, and AI-driven automation use cases.
• Experience defining enterprise architecture standards, reusable frameworks, and automation best practices.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, identity management, data privacy, and governance requirements.
• Experience leading large migration, modernization, and transformation programs.
• Ability to engage with senior business stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong leadership experience mentoring architects, developers, business analysts, and automation teams.Experience conducting architecture reviews, solution assessments, and technical governance activities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Microsoft Power Platform and Azure certifications are highly preferred.
