Job summary

THERMAX in Khopoli, Mumbai, seeks an experienced Plant Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of ETP, RO, MEE and MVR plants. You will supervise operations, monitor safety, ensure SOP compliance, and coordinate with maintenance teams.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience and a Diploma/BSc/BE/BTech, with strong leadership and communication skills to ensure safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operation and maintenance activities of ETP/RO/MEE/MVR plants.
• Monitor plant parameters and ensure operations are carried out as per defined SOPs.
• Manage and allocate manpower for shift-wise plant activities.
• Ensure smooth and efficient plant operation with minimum downtime.
• Monitor pumps, blowers, motors, dosing systems and other plant equipment.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Maintain daily plant logbooks, operational records and shift reports.
• Ensure proper chemical handling, housekeeping and safe working practices.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and operational standards.
• Coordinate with the client and internal teams for day-to-day operational requirements.
• Guide operators and technicians on safe and efficient plant operations.
