THERMAX in Bhuj, Gujarat is seeking a Plant Operator (Contract Role) to operate and monitor ETP/STP plants and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Freshers with relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

The role requires basic knowledge of ETP/STP operations, pumps, blowers and valves, and willingness to work in rotational shifts. Accommodation and transportation provided, immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma / B.Sc. qualification.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in ETP/STP or Water & Wastewater Treatment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of ETP/STP operations.
• Basic understanding of pumps, blowers and valves.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Awareness of basic safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor ETP/STP plant equipment and processes.
• Monitor pumps, blowers, valves and other plant equipment.
• Check basic plant operating parameters and maintain process records.
• Conduct routine inspection of plant equipment.
• Maintain daily operation records and log sheets.
• Identify and report equipment/process abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Follow safety and EHS procedures.
• Work effectively in rotational shifts.
