Job summary

JITO is seeking an Entry-Level candidate to manually craft and create quartz slab designs at their Prakasam facility. Responsibilities include receiving mixed materials, ensuring cleanliness of moulds, spreading and leveling materials, and performing hand detailing for enhanced aesthetics.

The ideal candidate should be adept in creating veins and dusting pigments as per product designs. Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across slabs are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to manually craft and create quartz slab designs using mixed materials.
• Experience in hand detailing and artistic finishing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Receive mixed material from the mixing section as per the production plan.
• Ensure moulds are clean and ready for crafting.
• Spread and level the material uniformly in the mould.
• Create veins manually and dust the powder pigments, according to the design.
• Control vein thickness, direction, depth, and natural appearance to achieve the desired aesthetic effect.
• Perform hand detailing and artistic finishing to enhance slab appearance.
• Follow design drawings, samples, and reference slabs accurately.
• Maintain consistency of design across all slabs of the same model.
• Pave the material and send it to the pressing section.
• Identify and remove foreign particles, contamination, and material lumps.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and proper housekeeping.
