Production Operation Helper is responsible for assisting in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations such as dispensing, granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, packing, cleaning, material movement, and maintaining cleanliness in production areas as per GMP requirements.

Responsibilities

Assist machine operators during production activities. Handle loading and unloading of raw materials and packing materials. Support operations in granulation, blending, compression, coating, capsule filling, and packing sections. Clean production equipment, utensils, containers, and manufacturing areas as per SOPs. Ensure proper segregation and identification of materials. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety procedures, and hygiene requirements. Wear prescribed PPE and maintain personal hygiene standards. Assist in line clearance and area preparation before batch start-up. Support material transfer between warehouse and production areas. Report any abnormality, breakdown, or deviation to supervisors immediately. Maintain discipline and cleanliness in the production department. Follow instructions from supervisors and production officers during operations.
