Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of work experience required.

• Preference for refractory manufacturing with presses experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow and establish all EHS guidelines and protocols in the workplace.
• Ensure operation of equipment as per SOP/instruction.
• Maintain the health and condition of the machine.
• Ensure participation in KAIZENS for improvement.
• Coordinate properly with other departments.
• Participate in all EHS initiatives.
• Ensure proper housekeeping after job completion.
• Coordinate with other departments.
• Assist in allocation of manpower.
• General store management and 5S practices.

Skills

Knowledge on Production of monolithic and precast shapes

Knowledge on basic operation of Crane, Mixer machine

Knowledge on handling of big bags by forklift or pallet trolley

Knowledge on basic operational principle of Valves, pneumatic systems

Basic knowledge on drawings, measurements and typing skill on keyboard
