Skills: To manually craft and create quartz slab designs by spreading and arranging mixed materials, creating veins and dusting powder pigments in moulds as per product designs and production requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive mixed material from the mixing section as per the production plan.
• Ensure moulds are clean and ready for crafting.
• Spread and level the material uniformly in the mould.
• Create veins manually and dust the powder pigments, according to the design.
• Control vein thickness, direction, depth, and natural appearance to achieve the desired aesthetic effect.
• Perform hand detailing and artistic finishing to enhance slab appearance.
• Follow design drawings, samples, and reference slabs accurately.
• Maintain consistency of design across all slabs of the same model.
• Pave the material and send it to the pressing section.
• Identify and remove foreign particles, contamination, and material lumps.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and proper housekeeping.
