Job summary

JobItUs is looking for a Plant Operator in Uppugal- Warangal. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in the oil industry and be capable of monitoring production processes while ensuring compliance with set standards.

The responsibilities include ensuring productivity, maintaining equipment, managing maintenance schedules, and reporting to supervisors. A 12th pass education is necessary, along with skills in reading and interpreting instructions.

• Must be able to provide remote assistance in emergencies.

• Implement repair programs and preventive maintenance.
• Comply with safety and work-related policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Monitor processes and ensure production and products in compliance to set standards and specification
• Responsible for productivity of SEP Plant and ensure the set targets are met
• Ensure measures such as preventive and predictive maintenance, lubrication is done as per schedules to avoid trouble
• Maintain various records and reports in plant logbook
• Make regular checks of plant equipment and adjust, repairs for trouble shootings
• Ensure to maintain site tidiness and general good housekeeping throughout the SEP plant
• 7Report to the shift in charge
• Responsible for control and reduction of downtime in shift
• Responsible for cost effective and timely implementation of the repair program, as well as the preventive maintenance
• Ensure compliance with company safety and other work-related policies
• Perform all other duties as assigned and required

Required Skills

• Able to give remote support in case of urgency
