Job summary

JobItUs is seeking a Plant Operator for its Dahej location to manage hydrogenation plant operations. The role requires 5–8 years of experience in chemical manufacturing and hands-on experience with shift production, maintaining equipment health, and ensuring plant housekeeping.

The candidate should hold ITI AOCP or Diploma in Chemical and be prepared to operate on site in Dahej. This is a full-time position offering exposure to a Chemical MNC environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• ITI AOCP or Diploma in Chemical is required.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in hydrogenation plant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Experience in hydrogenation plant operations and shift production management (quantity and quality).
• Ensure equipment health and perform maintenance as required.
• Maintain plant housekeeping and safety standards.
• Monitor and optimize plant operations to ensure efficient production.
