Job summary

MM Enterprise is seeking an experienced Plant Operations Director to lead manufacturing, quality control and regulatory compliance at our facility.

The role requires 12-18 years in nutraceuticals/pharma manufacturing with strong expertise in production management, factory operations and quality systems. You will drive audits, optimize shifts and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to sustain high standards.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in plant operations leadership in nutraceuticals/pharma.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and audits.
• Experience leading manufacturing facilities to meet GMP/GLP standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations and overall manufacturing activities.
• Manage production planning, shift scheduling and achievement of production targets.
• Ensure operational efficiency, productivity and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, Drug & Cosmetics Act, GMP and GLP regulations.
• Lead and coordinate Production Managers, QC Managers, Lab Chemists and Microbiology teams.
• Ensure product quality and adherence to manufacturing standards.
• Prepare the facility for statutory and regulatory audits.
• Drive continuous improvement across plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in handling plant operations and cross-functional teams.

Educational Qualification

• Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology, Chemical or Biotechnology.
• Sc. in Chemistry with MBA.
• Pharm / M.Pharm.
