Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations.
• Experience in nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing.
• Regulatory standards experience (FSSAI, WHO-GMP, ISO, HACCP).

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete plant operations including production, QA/QC, supply chain, and maintenance.
• Drive operational strategy, process optimization, and performance improvement.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality standards, and audit readiness.

Extensive experience in leading end-to-end operations across nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food manufacturing industries. Proven ability to scale operations, optimize resources, and ensure compliance with global regulatory standards such as FSSAI, WHO-GMP, ISO, and HACCP.
