Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Plant Operations Director to lead our manufacturing facility's daily operations, production, quality control (QC), and microbiology lab and ensure complete regulatory compliance (FSSAI & Drug Standards). This role will act as the overall in-charge overseeing all department heads (Production, QC, and Micro-chemists).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily shift planning, production targets, and operational efficiency across the plant.
• Ensure strict compliance with FSSAI guidelines, the Drug & Cosmetics Act, GMP, and GLP standards.
• Coordinate closely with the QC Manager, Lab Chemists, and Production Manager to deliver zero-error quality output.
• Keep the facility fully prepared for all statutory and regulatory audits (FSSAI/Drug Inspectors).

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 1218 Years (Minimum 5+ years in Plant Head / Operations leadership within Nutraceuticals, Food Supplements, or Pharma)
• Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech (Food Tech/Chemical/Biotech) or M.Sc (Chemistry) + MBA or B.Pharm/M.Pharm
