Bisleri in Devanahalli, Bengaluru, seeks an experienced Plant Manager to lead our beverage manufacturing facility, owning end-to-end operations across production and maintenance to drive efficiency and reliability.

You will oversee high-speed bottling lines, manage budgets and CAPEX, and lead teams to achieve safety, quality and cost targets in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualificações

• BE/BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Production or Food Technology.
• 13+ years in Beverage manufacturing & FMCG industry.
• Hands-on experience with bottling lines (PET / glass / can), syrup room, water treatment and CIP.
• Exposure to Krones, Sidel, KHS, Tetra Pak or similar equipment preferred.
• Proven track record of improving OEE, uptime and cost in a running plant.
• Strong knowledge of utilities: boilers, compressors, chillers, ETP / WTP.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day plant operations: production, maintenance & utilities.
• Plan and run production to meet volume, quality, cost and delivery targets
• Own the maintenance function, including preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance, spares planning and AMCs
• Run high-speed beverage lines (PET / glass / can), including blow moulders, fillers, labellers and packers
• Improve OEE, reduce downtime, and cut wastage and energy, water and utility costs
• Drive debottlenecking, line upgrades and small CAPEX improvement projects
• Implement TPM, Lean, 5S and continuous improvement across the plant
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, FSSC 22000 / HACCP, GMP, statutory, pollution control and safety norms
• Handle internal, customer and regulatory audits
• Build, lead and develop plant teams, and manage contractors and labour relations
• Prepare and control the plant budget, CAPEX and OPEX, and report KPIs to management

About the Role
