Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India seeks a Plant Manager with 7+ years of experience to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations at the beverage facility in Manesar (Gurgaon). You will drive production, maintenance, budgets, safety, and continuous improvement, reporting to the VP Operations / Manufacturing Head.

You will oversee planning, inventories, staffing, warehousing, and compliance; lead lean initiatives, ensure food safety (CCP/OPRP/PRP), and build a high-performance team focused

Qualificações

• Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/ Food Technology) required.
• 7+ years of experience in a beverage manufacturing facility.
• Strong experience in plant operations, production, maintenance, budgeting and workforce management.
• Knowledge of food safety systems, plant safety and regulatory compliance.
• MS Office and Internet proficiency.

We are hiring for a Plant Manager to lead end-to-end manufacturing operations for a beverage manufacturing facility. The role will be responsible for production, maintenance, productivity, budgets, workforce management, safety, compliance, warehousing and continuous improvement initiatives. The position reports to the VP Operations / Manufacturing Head.
