Job summary

Jain International Trade Organisation - India in Surat is hiring for an entry-level warehousing assistant. This on-site role involves PPE, inventory checks, loading/unloading, and ensuring accuracy of packing lists.

You will report to the warehouse supervisor and perform tasks like stock checks, documentation, and coordinating with SAP operator as needed. A 12th pass preference and 1 year experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• 12th pass preferable
• Age 22 to 45 years
• Experience 1 year preferable

Responsibilities

• Wear PPE (Helmet, jacket & safety shoes) while roaming in storage area.
• Checking for proper cleaning.
• Check whether all electric/electronic equipment’s are in working condition or not.
• Check whether forklifts are properly working or not.
• Checking documents of vehicle reported for unloading.
• Checking physical pallet numbers, Carton numbers with received packing list.
• Arrangement of unloading in Empty Bin, Put Bin numbers mentioned in packing list against each pallets unloaded as per RIL SOP.
• Inform to SAP operator/Manager if material received in damage condition, vehicle reported in accidental damage condition or any documents missing.
• Putting remark of damage/mismatch/shortage if any, taking driver signature in acknowledged LR copy and attach Xerox copy with relevant documents.
• Send/give all documents of unloading in office for further GRN process.
• Check the vehicle reported for loading whether loadable or not.
• Marking pallets/cartons/bales according to Bin & pallet numbers mentioned in MPN copy.
• Move marked pallets from Bin to loading bay for loading in vehicle.
• Mention loading start time in MPN and Load marked pallets in vehicle number mentioned in MPN copy.
• Check whether pallets/cartons are properly loaded or not.
• Counting of number of pallets/cartons loading and check with MPN whether it is match or not.
• Mention Loading end time in MPN and take signature of driver & rubber stamp of customer on MPN
