Job summary

HSBC in Bengaluru, Karnataka, seeks an experienced Warehouse and Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end DC operations, inventory control, and order processing. You will lead warehouse teams, ensure OTIF targets, safety compliance, and optimize storage layouts to improve product flow and space efficiency.

The role demands 6–10 years in logistics/warehouse management, strong knowledge of SAP and MS Excel, and proven managerial capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years experience in Logistics and Warehouse Management.
• Any educational background; supply chain management background preferred.
• Proven track record in managerial roles with focus on logistics and warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and transport operations.
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Managing warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
• Responsible for end-to-end DC operations including Inward, Inventory, Outward, Transport and Order processing.
• Monitor end-to-end orders fulfilment to ensure accuracy and timely completeness.
• Ensure 100% safety compliance in all warehouse activities.
• Managing warehouse staff and ensuring optimal performance.
• Ensure minimum stock level at Ahmedabad DC in coordination with planning team.
• Monitor OTIF and drive for improvement.
• Maintain accurate stock levels, track movement, and prevent discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Transportation team for timely vehicle placement and delivery to end customer

Requirement

• Exp of 6 - 10 Yrs in Logistics and Warehouse Management
• With Any Educational background if anything from supply chain management will be much preferred.
• Proven success in managerial employment with a focus on logistics and warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse and transport operations
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices
• Good knowledge of MS excels and SAP system
• Strong verbal communication skills and organizational skills
