Brose Fahrzeugteile GmbH & Co. KG in Pune seeks an experienced PLC programmer to join a 3-shift maintenance team. You will program Siemens and Yaskawa PLCs, develop HMI interfaces, and support preventive maintenance with a focus on reliability.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/BE in Electrical/Electronics and 6–8 years in automotive assembly lines, with hands-on experience in LabVIEW and automated inspection tools; strong cost-reduction mindset and teamwork are valued.

• Reduce maintenance cost by identifying repetitive failures.

Your Tasks

• Work as PLC programmer in shift (3 shift working) to achieve all maintenance KPI’s.
• Responsible for overall shift maintenance & support to preventive maintenance team.
• Attending daily breakdown in shift (shift working).
• PLC programming for Siemens and Yaskawa PLC as expert.
• HMI programing for Siemens and Proface HMI as expert.
• Troubleshooting and modification in NI Lab view software.
• Troubleshooting and modification in PLC program during machine breakdown.
• Overall breakdown maintenance in shift (3 shift working).
• Expert in electrical element maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance.
• Programing and teaching of Code reader, Vision sensor, Camera.
• Reduce maintenance cost by identifying repetitive failure.

Your Profile

• Diploma/BE in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 6-8 Years of experience relevant experience.
