Job summary

Rahee Infratech is seeking a maintenance engineer to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules, inspect machinery for wear, and document maintenance activities. You will ensure safety compliance and lead a team of technicians and operators, coordinating with other disciplines to optimize plant operation.

The role includes training on new machinery and implementing upgrades to improve reliability and safety across the facility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule to avoid unexpected breakdown and extend the life of equipment.
• Conduct regular inspection of machinery to identify early sign of wear and tear.
• Record and track all maintenance activities for future analysis.
• Affixes Service sticker on the equipment after completion of periodical maintenance.
• Ensuring machinery and plant complies with safety regulation.
• Implement corrective measures or upgrades & Trains workers on safety protocols.
• Lead a team of technicians, operators and other engineers to ensure the smooth functioning of plant machinery and also managing driver and operator.
• Provide training on the operation and maintenance of new machinery.
• Work closely with other engineering disciplines to optimize overall plant operation.
