Job summary

HERITAGE NUTIVET LIMITED is seeking a maintenance professional to oversee general mechanical maintenance, lubrication, and breakdown repair across plant machinery and conveyors.

The role requires preparing spares, coordinating with teams, and ensuring compliance with AMC/MBD policies while following GMP/ISO guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in general mechanical maintenance of plant machinery and conveyors.
• Ability to plan preventive maintenance schedules and maintain records.
• Capability to coordinate with team and ensure timely task completion.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for general mechanical maintenance, breakdown maintenance and lubrication of machinery, conveyors & equipments.
• Prepare material indents for mechanical spares as required.
• Cover plant under AMC and MBD policies and manage records.
• Follow safety guidelines and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate with team to execute tasks within schedule.
• Coordinate statutory inspections related to mechanical maintenance.
• Handle manpower planning, PMS and training/development.
• Implement GMP, ISO guidelines as applicable.

Job description

Role & responsibilities

1. Responsible for General Mechanical Maintenance, Break-down Maintenance and Lubrication of Machinery, Conveyors & Equipments.
2. Responsible for periodical preventive maintenance schedules of all Machinery & Equipments and maintain their records from time to time.
3. Responsible for preparation of material indents for all Mechanical Spares/Equipments as per the requirement.
4. Responsible to cover plant and machinery under AMC as well as under MBD policy.
5. Ensure to follow Safety Guidelines and address the issues within least possible time.
6. Ensure coordination among the team and carry out activities/assignments within the schedule time.
7. Ensure to coordinate all statutory inspections pertaining to Mechanical as per the schedule.
8. Responsible for Manpower planning, PMS and Training & Development.
9. Implementation of the guidelines given as per GMP, ISO, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

Responsible to ensure all Preventive Maintenance Operations of the Plant, Machinery & Equipments and avoid inconveniences in the day-to-day operations of the plant.
