Job summary

Rama Krishna Multiservices is seeking an HR generalist to manage the complete employee lifecycle in a manufacturing environment. The role requires hands‑on experience with manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding and contract workforce management.

The position involves compliance, industrial relations and driving employee engagement for a workforce of 150+ employees, including staff, shopfloor and contract workers. Based in Navi Mumbai, the role is on site with six‑day weeks.
